"Delivery was on time as promised and set up was completed strictly by staff. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the care for my home when navigating to locate a water supply and electric source. Before leaving I was presented with rules and regulations which I appreciated and was able to relay to all of my guests. Pick up was also on time and done quickly which was outstanding considering I had just survived a 6th Birthday party of approximately 50 kids in the heat. Will recommend and use again ! Thank you."

The team at Big Wave Party Rentals is top notch in all aspects of the business. From the minute we inquired to delivery and set up to picking up the bounce house at the end of rental period (10:30pm mind you :) they were nothing less than professional, courteous, reliable and just plain down to earth genuine good will people! They even called us during our rental period (storms were in the area) to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything! You guys definitely rock customer service and our suggestion to you would be to keep being you and don't change a thing!
