PA, MD, DE Approved: also approved for PennsylvaniaDE/MD Only: Delaware and Maryland events
Obstacle courses come in different lengths, layouts, lane counts, and challenge styles. The right one depends on your event, your space, and the experience you want.
How big?
Working with a smaller space? Start with the more compact courses and check each listing's dimensions. Planning a bigger event? Look at the longer and multi-lane courses, or at the ones with extra climbing and walls.
How many lanes?
One lane: take on the challenge and beat your own run. Two lanes: put two challengers side by side. Now it's a race. Three lanes: one more competitor, and one more person claiming they definitely won.
Wet or dry?
Two courses come wet: the Splash Down 45' Wet ($475, DE and MD events) and the Blue Rush 40' Wet ($455, PA, MD, and DE). Same racing, same rematch. Now add water.
You don't need the "best" course. You need the right challenge for your crowd.
Want head-to-head racing?
50' Zip It Obstacle Course
If side-by-side competition is the goal, start with the 50' Zip It. It suits birthdays, company events, church gatherings, graduations, and team-building days where the race is the attraction.
The name gives you a clue. If you want a longer course and a bigger presence at your event, look at the 80' Extreme and check its listing for current dimensions and setup needs.
If climbing is part of the appeal, the Warped Wall gives you another direction beyond a straight race course. Check the listing to see if its dimensions fit your space.
Still can't decide? Call 302-229-9801 and tell us who's participating, what the event is, and how much space you have. We'll help you narrow it down.
Why Choose an Obstacle Course?
A bounce house gives kids somewhere to bounce, and a slide gives them a ride down. An obstacle course gives them a challenge: crawl, dodge, climb, race, slide, and find out who finishes first. Then comes the best word in party rentals: “Again.” The fun isn't only getting through it. It's doing it faster next time.
The Finish Line Is Just the Beginning
First race: “I won!” Second race: “That one didn't count.” Third race: “Best two out of three.” The finish creates the rematch, so you never have to invent another activity. Race. Rematch. Repeat.
We deliver it, set it up, and take it down. You cheer, take pictures, and watch somebody demand a rematch.
What's the Right Obstacle Course for Your Celebration?
Courses turn open space into a challenge, which suits any event where you want people moving, competing, laughing, and asking for another turn.
Birthday Parties
Put their friends at the starting line. Depending on the course, they'll crawl, climb, dodge obstacles, slide, and race to the finish. Then somebody will want a rematch. That's one party activity you won't have to reinvent.
School Festivals & Field Days
Obstacle courses turn physical activity into a challenge students understand instantly: pick a lane, race your friend, get to the finish. Choose the course that fits your space, participants, and event plans.
Community Events
Hosting a festival, HOA gathering, church celebration, or neighborhood event? A big, colorful course comes with an invitation everyone understands: think you can beat it?
Corporate Picnics & Employee Events
Nobody needs another awkward icebreaker. Put two coworkers at the starting line instead. Pick teams, start the race, and let the bragging rights take care of themselves.
Seasonal Celebrations
Fall festival, summer block party, or holiday gathering? A course adds movement and competition when you want something more interactive than passive entertainment. Then let the racing begin.
Need More Than One Attraction?
Make the course the challenge, then give guests another way to play.
Planning a School Field Day, Church Festival, or Corporate Event?
Larger events take a little more planning. Here's what suits each one.
School field days
A challenge students understand instantly: pick a lane, race a friend, get to the finish. Two- and three-lane courses keep a big group moving.
Church festivals
A big, colorful attraction for families. Pair it with a bounce house or carnival games so there's more to do while the line moves.
Corporate events
Put two coworkers at the starting line. Friendly competition for company picnics and employee events, with families welcome.
To plan a larger event, tell us your headcount and ages, exact start and end times, setup area and surface, and where the power is. You can add several rentals to one order. In a park, you must stay with the unit and a generator is a must-rent, so call to check availability.
Obstacle Course Fun for Schools, Parks & Backyards
Big Wave courses have raced across lawns near White Clay Creek, set up for team building at parks like Glasgow, and landed on the University of Delaware green. From Newark to Wilmington, Bear to Hockessin and Elkton, every event gets the same care, and every course is delivered, set up, and taken down by our crew.
Outside our normal service area? Ask us. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Planning an event in Pennsylvania? Every course on this page is approved for Pennsylvania except the Splash Down 45' Wet, which is DE/MD only. Not sure? Call 302-229-9801.
What to Know Before Renting an Obstacle Course in Newark, DE
How much space do I need?
Every course's setup area is posted under “More Info” on its page, and measuring is up to you. These units are bigger than you think, and we'd hate to arrive on your event day and not fit. Not sure? Call with your available space and we'll help you look at options.
How many people can race at once, and what do the lanes mean?
It depends on the course. One lane means a single route, two lanes put two people side by side, and three lanes add a third. Check each listing for its details.
Can kids and adults use the obstacle courses?
Age, size, and participant requirements vary by course. Check the listing, or call us if adults will be racing.
Can an obstacle course be used indoors?
Possibly. We can set up indoors on a gym or similar floor if there is room for the unit plus its height and clearance. Call with your venue dimensions before booking.
Do you offer wet obstacle courses?
Yes, two: the Splash Down 45' Wet ($475, DE and MD events only) and the Blue Rush 40' Wet ($455, approved for PA, MD, and DE).
What's included, and what does it cost?
Prices run from $295 to $555 and cover an all-day rental (up to 8 hours) with delivery, setup, and pickup. Tax is extra (Delaware rental tax is 1.9914%, plus any applicable Maryland or Pennsylvania tax), every order needs a $100 deposit, and a minimum order may apply. Enter your exact start and end times, and we'll text a delivery window a day or two before.
What about power, surfaces, and rain?
The blower must stay plugged in, so we need an outlet within 100 feet or a generator (we supply the cords). Grass is best; asphalt, concrete, and gym floors work too, but not rocks, gravel, mulch, or sand. We can't set up when the forecast shows a 30% chance of rain or more, or winds over 15 MPH. You can reschedule or swap items, and your deposit stays usable.
Do you operate in Pennsylvania or at the University of Delaware?
Yes to Pennsylvania: we're licensed and insured there, and every course on this page is approved except the Splash Down 45' Wet. At the University of Delaware, we deliver only for University-sponsored events.
Need deposit, payment, park, or delivery details? See our full FAQs, or call 302-229-9801 and tell us what you're planning.
Ready. Set. Race.
Somebody will win. Somebody will insist they didn't. And before you've settled the argument, they'll be lining up for the rematch. We'll handle the heavy lifting. You enjoy the competition.
